Doctor Beverage is amazing. The location is great, with a nice clean environment . The only reason I’m taking off a star is because of the front desk experience. One staff member has been rude on multiple occasions, both in person and over the phone. I usually try to give people grace because everyone has bad days, but after it happening repeatedly, it seems to be an ongoing issue rather than a one-time occurrence. Atrocious customer service. My mother-in-law has had an appointment scheduled for over three months. They called last night to confirm, but my fiancé was at work and didn’t pick up. We were planning on going to her 430 appointment. We called to double check a few hours before her appointment and they said that someone called the night before and canceled, which was not true.
