Atrocious customer service. My mother-in-law has had an appointment scheduled for over three months. They called last night to confirm, but my fiancé was at work and didn’t pick up. My teenage son has been seeing Dr. Beveridge for the past few years. His most recent appointment was the beginning of October 2025. We have always had a great experience at Coastal Family Eye Care. Dr. Beveridge is patient, personable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The staff is friendly and professional, and the office is always clean and well-organized.
