I saw Dr. Angela Power this spring for an eye exam and ordered new lenses. The lenses came in and I can see again! Absolutely love the vision I have with them and the transitions are just the right darkness. She also gave me a prescription for whatever had been making my eye lids so red and sore and puffy. That too was a fabulous success. It immediately relieved the skin around my eyes. I’m so grateful for such great eye care. Thank you!
Horrible customer service. The Optometrist Andrea at the round house was horrible. Very rude and unprofessional. There are many other places to get glasses and contacts. Do yourself a favor and choose a place that not a franchise.
FYidoctors gave me the best service, best prices that I have received in Lethbridge. Eva is the best at selecting, fitting and making the whole experience a fun time. I have been dealing with Skaha FYI Doctors for many years and would go nowhere else. They are always courtious, caring and efficient. I had nearly destroyed my glasses (or so I thought) so went to have them realigned. They took me in pretty much as soon as I walked in the door and within no time, had my glasses repaired. They are a great group. I have only kudos and good words for the staff, from the receptionists to the Drs. and all in between.
I had a wonderful experience at FYidoctors Roundhouse right from the eye exam to frame selection and fitting. With such a large selection of frames the task of finding the perfect pair was daunting but Antonella was excellent at zeroing in on what frames might suit me best. She conducted thorough measurements and left me feeling confident in my choice. Shortly thereafter I was surprised at how fast the frames were ready for pick-up. I had to have my glasses replaced 4 years ago. I went the FYI Ladysmith BC location. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses from them. The care I received was above and beyond customer service. The optometrist was friendly and caring. The office personnel (Natasha) was great when she helped me choose both sets. She fitted me and adjusted them when they were ready for pick up.
