RecommendedI recommend Coastal Eye clinic but with a Caveat!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The staff is extremely nice and helpful!!!! However, Dr. Dean Ouano needs lots of training in the manner in which he deals with patients! He is arrogant, seemed disinterested in my questions and in a rush to see his next patient or get rid of me!!!!!!!!! Whatever, be assured, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Refused to see me today because I traveled out of state recently. I told them when I made the appointment I needed to do so as I have a traumatic brain injury and had to see a physician out of state. I needed this appointment today to have my eyes checked in relation to the TBI. The tech at the door was very friendly but whoever's was at the desk was very rude. Arrived for 2:00 pm appointment a single test to do. Almost 5pm and still waiting.
