Nancy was exceptionally kind and communicative. Not only in following up via phone and e-mail, but in providing me with options. She was so understanding with appointment times and got me in to see the Dr. So quickly. Dr. Wong is wonderful. I recommend seeing her. She took the time to explain and go through photos too of what is going on.
Extremely friendly staff, quick work, excellent selection. Definitely coming back for the next round of glasses.
I’ve been here for years because of the level of service from the reception staff and the doctors. They’ve been also get me right away when ever I had irritation or issues with my eyes! Highly recommend Dr Karen Wong
