I had lasik 3 years ago, revision done on left eye months later. The Dr and his surgical staff input the wrong numbers messing up the vision in my left eye. I went back for PRK, 3rd surgery (about a year later) and very painful. He was unable to re-correct the mistake from the 2nd surgery and now I can not see clearly from either eye. His office staff was fine, front office staff/receptions was HORRIBLE and rude! Definitely don't recommend!! RecommendedDr Tran is wonderful! After previously having the same doctor for 30 plus years (retired) it was hard for us to find someone we liked. As a type 1 diabetic, I really count on seeing an excellent physician. Dr Tran is thorough and professional- super nice, and funny too! Staff treated us well too- and I could see how busy they were. The place was full but they were efficient. Thank you.
I had the worst experience here. Majority of the staff were rude, especially Jennifer. I've never been treated with such indignity. Dr. Lipsky was okay, but the staff were TERRIBLE! I was there for 2 hrs and visited 4 different waiting rooms by the time I finished!
Absolutely the worst experience. After a 2 hour wait was told it would be an additional 2 hours and was told that they knew of Wednesday that he was overbooked. (Dr. Lipsky). I left and never saw the doctor.
