Cold combative lack of listening from the practice especially the front staff. Looks like I am not only one.Picked up new glasses 7/30, been having issues, headache light sensitivity, wore them consistently for two weeks before calling, dr was quick to order new lenses with out any evaluation of the new lenses nor any digging into issues with new lab that cuts lenses. 8/25 supposedly new lenses were put in had same problems, tech that was with me basically said suck it up I tried to argue but she wasn’t listening or having i... read more
Very nice staff
Very nice staff and my appointment went flawless. Informative and just nothing bad to say at all.
I would recommend finding a better place, somewhere more genuine & caring. Really mean front desk lady & woman on the phone, seemed like she was just wanting me off the phone. She is constantly rude. Very unenjoyable experience here.
