Very nice staff and my appointment went flawless. Informative and just nothing bad to say at all.
I would recommend finding a better place, somewhere more genuine & caring. Really mean front desk lady & woman on the phone, seemed like she was just wanting me off the phone. She is constantly rude. Very unenjoyable experience here.
Rude staff do not recommend. Go somewhere with better customer service.
Well, my bf and I made appointments, we were here 2 years ago and their eye glass selling part is horrible, but we came back for exams. Came early like they asked. I waited 10 minutes after my appointment time and cancelled my appointment because of everything we need to do today and had to make sure he gets seen with his epilepsy his vision is definitely appears to be getting worse than mine quicker.
