I needed a new pair of glasses and called Coastal Eye Associates to see what their hours were. I spoke to Vanessa, she told me no appointment was necessary and to just stop in, Vanessa assured me the optical shop would be available to try on new glasses during my lunch hour. Upon arrival a sign was on the optical shop door, it said to check in at the front desk. At the front desk I was told it would be just a moment. My experiences with this office have been similar to the review posted below. I have visited there twice with the same results. While the optometrist whom I saw seemed competent (albeit unfriendly), the staff is unbelievably unresponsive and rude. I waited to pay my bill both times while the office staff chatted among themselves, fully aware that I was waiting just on the other side of the desk.
