This weekend the supervisor B. Duffy, driving Unit 508, nearly took off my friend’s front end of her truck in front of the Grace Care Nursing Hone (witnessed by Grace Care Staff). When my friend confronted him about his unacceptable driving, he screamed at her, slammed the door of the unit in her face. She called dispatch to get a fleet manager and was told they didn’t have one. She ended up speaking to Duffy who then screamed at her over the phone and hung up on her.
