I bought this system for the health benefits primarily. Have noticed staining in toilets lately. Decided to test drinking water. It failed! I have a Zero water filter countertop and I compared the tap water with the Zero water via testing device and my Zero water is cleaner! What's up? Called company and awaiting a return call.
Paid cash for purification system approximately 10 months ago and promised a follow-up water test to be sure all worked properly. Suspected a leaking system and after difficult conversations with Bob, finally found 1) there was not only a leak, but all discharged water was dumped UNDER my house!
