SCAMMER ALERT…….. Horrible experience with these men. Donnie and Larry Marks took our money and didn’t return to finish job like they said they would. Did our sidewalk job and left us with a messy crooked 4 inch concrete walk with exposed stakes left on the sides that poses a safety hazard. For our asphalt driveway they only laid milling and then kept asking us for more money for asphalt, but didn’t return to finish. This relates to L&S Roofing and Pavement; Coastal Empire Roofing and Paving; and any businesses that Donnie and Larry Marks are associated with them. We have about 600 sq. ft. of concrete that this company started to refinish for us. This area is our back patio/carport and pool deck. The company started this project in October of last year.
