I was very disappointed with the way I was treated while trying to get mental health care for someone I love. I explained that they do not have phone service where they live and I make all of her appointments, but instead of offering guidance or compassion, I was simply told I couldn't help because I wasn't their POA. Yet, the day before I spoke to the clinician Anna and made the appointment but their internet service went out so the phone was disconnected right at 5pm. I called to make an appointment with this clinic a month ago and have been getting the run around since. At this point- it’s not even worth it for me to continue help with this facility and I encourage anyone who need help and assistance to go elsewhere.

Doctor experience has been good for my older son, but the rest of the staff have been awful
My sister went to her first appointment here and was early, but their systems were down and they couldn't "properly" check her in, so they sent her up to wait for her doctor. 35 minutes later the doctor came out of the office and told her she needed to reschedule her appointment because it showed on their system that she checked in late. The people at the front desk didn't communicate with the doctor and they made her make another appointment even though it was urgent she see someone.
