My sister went to her first appointment here and was early, but their systems were down and they couldn't "properly" check her in, so they sent her up to wait for her doctor. 35 minutes later the doctor came out of the office and told her she needed to reschedule her appointment because it showed on their system that she checked in late. My fifteen-year-old son was receiving services there, and his counselor suggested that he might benefit from medication. Just to cut down the jitters and anxiety of being in school and sitting in big settings. Of course, in order to do that we had to see one of the Doctors. We're at the appointment, right? When the Doctor called my son back, her first response to me was, "And, who are you?" I was taken aback because I kind of felt like that was rude as hell.
