Recently my 90-year-old family member had a lot of water leak onto her shag (yes, shag) carpet. Coastal sent Allen the same day to extract the water. He was prompt, very polite, and went above and beyond to make sure she was happy with what and how things were done including taking care of items that had to be moved in order to get the carpet dried out. After he cleaned up, you'd never know anything had happened. Will request Allen for any future work! Pricing was also very reasonable.
