Sat on hold for 10-20min finally got ahold of someone and asked if I could speak to someone about my billing I had questions and was told “so is everyone else get in line” called back hours later to see if I could speak to someone which I finally got to and was spoken to again rudely the lady spoke over me the entire time kept raising her voice and told me over and over that I was wrong and when I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to she said yes and hung up the phone…..very disappointed 10000 percent would chose ... read more
Never ANSWER the phone.. ridiculous.. good luck trying to get a human on the line. you get sent to an answering service that sends them a message and you don't get called back. Been trying for 3 days to get power turned on to new address. Sucks I can't use a different company. This one sucks. Wise GA Power was in my area
