Extremely extremely extremely unprofessional!!!
Got to our appt 15 mins early. Sat for an hour past our appt time and was told that it was taking so long because the doctor had a procedure that morning. Why were we allowed to schedule for that time slot if the doctor wasn’t available? Unprofessional and frustrating.
He was great with my daughter. She’s one an not the easiest to deal with. An while we were there he got a bb that had been stuck in my husband’s ear out. We both liked him for our girl. We will be back to see him for sure.
Doesn't look after his patients once released from surgery, and office doesn't relay messages. Pretty much neglect in my book.
