I absolutely love this office - they truly care. I've been having a hard time with my diagnosis (hospital stay, MRI showed what was wrong) - the neurologist and hospital basically told me that it was something they can't handle and I had to get a referral. Still fighting that one.. This office called to check on how everything is going and when I told them everything they found a way to get me in for an appt in a few weeks to see if they can help. Extremely extremely extremely unprofessional!!!
Got to our appt 15 mins early. Sat for an hour past our appt time and was told that it was taking so long because the doctor had a procedure that morning. Why were we allowed to schedule for that time slot if the doctor wasn’t available? Unprofessional and frustrating.
He was great with my daughter. She’s one an not the easiest to deal with. An while we were there he got a bb that had been stuck in my husband’s ear out. We both liked him for our girl. We will be back to see him for sure.
