It was a great experience my last time there they told me to use and over the counter medication, once a month, to keep my ears relatively clean. To my surprise my ears were very clean this time. Dr. Rosen was very thorough, patient and kind. He took the time to go over everything about my daughter and her ongoing rashes. He was very good with her as well.
staff and doctors are really polite, and that is where this ends with compliments. Due to them not seeing me in the office despite yet another issue with my antibiotics I had to go to the ER, meaning two bills one for the ER and another for 80$ antibiotics that are not covered and cant have a pa for as an ER doc wrote it-cherry on top still refuse to fit me in for an office visit despite having to go to the ER for my 6th antibiotic change due to a lapse in prescribing despite knowing I'm enduring a chronic aggressive infecti... read more
