This is for the office at 100B. This is in regards to receptionist PJ. She needs training desperately. She is extremely rude and condescending. When a patient has a breast ultrasound Order in hand and not a mammogram Order there’s a reason. Which would be private. She then precedes to ask why I’m not getting a mammogram instead. These folks were angels to my wife. Will never, ever use any other place. Those who complained about their costs caused their Own problems by not doing their homework first. Check and double check everything before you buy. Comprende?

Do your shopping. Call your insurance and get a list of imaging centers and get quotes. I had my appointment scheduled two weeks in advance and when they called the day before to confirm my appointment, they gave me a CRAZY expensive quote that I would have to pay before my procedure. This place was going to charge $1100 more than Radiology and Associates for two tests. Staff was above wonderful! Only issue was not thier fault. So called disabled bathroom is not truly accessible. Toilet too close to wall and MOST IMPORTANTLY Toilet is so low that our mom couldn't get off of it. Near fall as four of us struggled to get her up and safely in her wheelchair. Staff was helpful kind and very responsive.

Alright folks this review is not regarding the office nor the employees accept just one known as Lilly. Other employees were so nice and welcoming & the cleanliness of the office is immaculate. We get here for my mother’s appointment, we sign in and we are waiting outside mind you it’s 47° degrees. They call my mom and Lilly tells me to wait outside yet I’m here trying to translate to my mom. My mom calls me in to help her out and then Lilly goes “you need to stay outside.” while another employee was nice enough to let me in... read more
