They get two stars instead of one because the girls at the front desk were extremely apologetic and very nice and seemed truly sorry that I was turned away from my appointment. I arrived for my appointment at 4:15 in which my appointment was set for 415 but because I wasn’t there at 4 o’clock, I hear a voice from the back saying “nope too late”, and when the front desk answered back that it was the last appointment of the day voice shouts from the back “should’ve been here at four”. “I already shut it down”. The nurses & staff were so very gentle & kind. The doctor who did the procedure was also gentle & precise

Very unprofessional, my mom was there for a ultrasound and was told a day prior that she needed to be there the next day promptly at 830 or she would not be seen. She was there at 8 waited 2 hours before asking if she was still going to be seen. Only to be told her insurance didn't cover it... like what? She was alo told she was not allowed to use the restroom as they needed a full bladder to do the test. It's absolutely unacceptable.

This is for the office at 100B. This is in regards to receptionist PJ. She needs training desperately. She is extremely rude and condescending. When a patient has a breast ultrasound Order in hand and not a mammogram Order there’s a reason. Which would be private. She then precedes to ask why I’m not getting a mammogram instead. In a waiting room. This is not her place. She then says you know their different. I’m well in my 60s. Yes I do know they’re different. She needs to be trained. These folks were angels to my wife. Will never, ever use any other place. Those who complained about their costs caused their Own problems by not doing their homework first. Check and double check everything before you buy. Comprende?
