Can this company tell me why they steal money from customers when they pay cash? And when the customer shows their receipt, the receptionist goes out back with it to show "the dentist" and then magically the receipt disappears. This company is a disgrace and should not be in operation.

From the beginning, to the end of this service, I was treated extremely well. Calling Sam for the appointment, Vicki making me very comfortable, because I was very apprehensive. To Jessica who assisted the doctor, and explained everything; from procedure to billing and payments; to me, she was very compassionate. I was quoted one price for dentures and then given a higher price after the impressions were made. I inquired why because I was concerned. The tech said that the dentist told her mine were more complex. When I tried to get an explanation as to why they are so complex (out of concern for a possible bone loss issue or whatever other issue as to why it was abnormal), the dentist did not even come out and talk to me, he again sent out the tech to tell me that he was going to refuse all treatment on me at this point because if I'... read more
