Wonderful experience..got. Me right in..Dr..Joe great..office and staff very impressive..blessed to have chosen this practice!
I went to this dental office for a few visits. Mostly just cleanings and checkups. The dental hygenist that did my cleanings was wonderful and Dr. Zicchino was pleasant and personable. I had a visit in May of 2025, which was a cleaning, paid my copay of $50 and my insurance should've covered the rest. Unfortunately, a little over 13 months later I receive a claim against my insurance in July of 2026 that is automatically denied, due to it being over a year since the service date in May. Dr. Z is the best dentist. He has extracted 3/4 wisdom teeth with no issues. During my teeth cleaning he was gentle and went the extra mile to make sure every tooth was hit. I've never had my old dentist do the actual teeth cleaning until I went here. All of the staff here are super friendly and very helpful with answering questions. Excellent emergency work if you have pain or a quick concern, Dr. Z really cares about your teeth. They treat you like family here. I have been going to Dr Joe for a few years and already thought he was the best but yesterday just proved it. I had horrible tooth pain for a couple days and finally decided I needed to get it checked. I called his office after work and told them what was going on. Dr Joe told me to come in immediately, he checked me out figured out the problem, yanked out the culprit and was done before I even knew he started. Instant relief
It had been a long time since my last dental visit. Joe and the team were kind, sensitive and encouraging. I was nervous, and Joe was very gentle and procedure was quick. Highly recommend!
