The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly! I called with some questions about e-bikes and they took the time to answer everything and gave me honest advice.
We visited several local bike stores before purchasing our e-bikes and were sold on Coastal Cycles, thanks to Bob and Joel who are not your typical salesmen but incredible mechanics who know everything e-bike. They took time to introduce features and workings of the different models, and were able to accommodate our request for modifications to handlebars and grips. It was their amazing customer service and attention to customers’ needs that sealed the sale and we are very happy with our Velec Pro’s. Thanks guys!

Coastal Cycles was absolutely amazing and was a highlight of my vacation. We chose Victoria as our e-bike experience and rented bike from Coastal. They did a fantastic job and went beyond normal customer service to make our ride a great experience. I even forgot my hat on a cold day and he lent me his hat off his own head so I would not have a bad day. All around it was a great experience and I am so glad I chose them.
