I can’t say enough good things about this vet practice. Dr. Mack is truly exceptional. She is engaged, incredibly knowledgeable, and never dismissive. She lets me talk her ear off and patiently answers my million questions without ever making me feel rushed. As a less-experienced dog owner, that means everything to me. I really appreciate how open she is to honest conversations like “Is this necessary?”, “Can this wait?”, and “What other options do we have?” Being fully informed makes such a difference. So glad to have found this Vet for our dog. Our dog had a painful ear infection. Our regular vet, who we used for over 35 years, had no available appointments for 3 days. We got an appointment with Coastal Creek Animal Hospital one hour after we called. Many thanks to the caring staff and Doctor Cook for the great care. Our dog has been comfortable and pain free since our visit. We highly recommend Coastal Creek.
