I can't say enough good things about Max (and the company more broadly). We are seasonal in FL and turn our water heater off when out of town. When we came back, our heater wouldn't start (turns out a dirt dauber nest was blocking the vent). Plumber we normally use wanted $1,700 to basically disassemble and reassemble the water heater to clear out any blockage. Max took 1 1/2 hours to fix everything for 1/10 (ONE TENTH !!!) the cost. Will be using Heritage850 going forward
