Lance and one of his guys Max went the extra mile on a Friday night and Saturday and again on Saturday night (of Labor Day weekend). We had 12 people in the house and they worked OT to get everything working for us. I’ve worked with lots of plumbers and none better than these guys. Thanks a TON!!
My ceiling has been leaking for 10 days and today the roofer told me it probably wasn't a roofing issue. Lance recommended a leak detection company to find the problem as leaks can be trickly to find. Then Lance came and fixed the leaking pipe (which was not directly over the water dripping from the ceiling, just as he anticipated). The leak is now fixed 6 hours after my first call to Heritage 850. Highly recommend!
