Carly is our wedding planner. She spent so much time with us after an initial call (an extra hour and 15 minutes) ensuring our wedding vision is exactly as planned, on a Wednesday evening. She really cares about her clients! My fiancee and I were extremely impressed, and we recommend Carly and Coastal Planning to everyone. Thank you so much and it meant so much us. We are confident for the rest of the wedding process because of her.
We worked with Carly as our event coordinator for our wedding. She did a great job helping us organize the details of our event, meetings with vendors, and putting a thorough timeline together. She was responsive, very helpful the days leading up to and the day of our wedding, and contributed to our event running smoothly without any issues allowing us to enjoy our wedding fully - Highly recommend!
For our wedding, we had Melanie as our day-of coordinator. She did an excellent job at creating and communicating a detailed, but clear timeline. She also took over communication with vendors closer to the wedding, and handled so many details we wouldn't have even thought of. Her work played a very large part in our wedding being stress-free and full of joy. Would highly recommend Coastal Coordinating and Melanie!!
