The coastal team was very communicative throughout the process. We had a lot of meetings so I felt well prepared for the day. We did have a last minute change in who would be our rehearsal coordinator but it worked out just fine! Would recommend them for future events!
As a bride planning a wedding out of state, Coastal Coordinating allowed me to feel so at ease. Alli, our coordinator, provided step-by-step clear, communication throughout the whole planning and executing process. She managed our vendors and eliminated any day-of stress for me and my family. Even though we had just met, I had complete trust in Alli, knowing the event would go without a hitch (and it did!) I’m so grateful for her and her team and the day they created for us! Alli, Christy & the Coastal Team did an absolutely incredible job at our wedding! She was very organized, extremely communicative and prepared in advance! Even though we only booked day-of coordination, we felt that she went above and beyond to make sure our day was special!
