MISERABLE EXPERIENCE !! Scheduler was rude and disrespectful. Wouldn't return phone calls and delayed having 2 new compressors installed every week until it ended up taking a month. This was not all a hurricane problem but a poorly run disrespectful office.Would never recommend this company!!!
we had a costal cooling unit installed back in 2017 with a 10 year warranty by trane. In december of 2019 we started having massive aluminum flakes blowing out of ducts onto our living space. the unit failed in January of 2020 we called for repairs the service tech Mike showed up and made a temporary repair. they documented the corrosion of the system for trane and warranty by Tim L. In 2018 I entered into a Service contract with this company to Perform 2 service cleaning a year at a total cost of $149.; it sounded like a great deal right?
