I have been a patient of Kristal’s for over a year and I cannot say enough fabulous things about her. I see her weekly and she has helped me beyond measure with multiple aspects of life, from helping me with PTSD from an auto accident, dealing with childhood traumas and assisting with my eating disorder. Kristal is the best therapist I have ever had, and I’ve been going to therapy on and off for almost 20 years. She is absolutely fantastic. She always knows what I need to hear and I feel really blessed to have her. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a therapist that is kind, understanding, warm, and ready to help you put in the work!
