The staff that handles the call are tge worst ever I have been bounced around hung up on to busy signals to just plain rudeness..
Went in to have a blood pressure issue addressed and they went above and beyond and made sure all my health issues and concerns were addressed. The scheduling was okay but trying to reschedule was a little difficult with the third party so I just stopped in to the office and it was no problem!! Everyone was friendly and nice!!
Office is dysfunctional. It is impossible to reach anyone here. Been trying to simply reach someone to refill a prescription and literally can’t get anyone on the phone, through email or through the app that they ask you to use.
Had an appointment with Sarah Yancey this morning. Office staff was very courteous. Sarah was amazing. Took time to make sure all of my concerns were addressed.
