Whatever you do don't ask that they do their job. With the exception of 1 employee there they don't do their job. I'm diabetic and have been asking and waiting for a new meter to be called in for over a year. Top that I've been asking for my insulin to be called in for a month now. They never even attempted to do the pa until I am now completely out of insulin and are now saying it can still take 2 weeks. This place doesn't care for the people at all. front desk service is awful. I have been calling nonstop for three days now I’ve left multiple voicemails and yet no one has reached out to me. I’ve never seen the facility Busy So therefore, I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get in touch with someone.
Waited 2 weeks for my appointment only to show up and have them tell me that they couldn’t refill my prescriptions because the lady isn’t a real doctor.
Sally Cedars is the most unprofessional, rude and disrespectful person ever. She talks down to you and then tries to say you were rude. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional in my life. She's very entitled
DO NOT GO HERE! They gave my daughter the wrong vaccine!!!!! When discussing HPV vaccine, the doc says HPV isn't an STD! They r rated low for a reason! Doctor is clueless!
