there is no one in this branch able or willing to assist a customer. I was told I'd have to make an appointment online for another day, if I wanted to speak with an agent / rep (they don't have "tellers"). This after I paid to park my car 2 blocks away. Beats me, what they actually DO in that branch - why do they pay for a downtown lease? Guess I've been spoiled by professional, helpful service at Parksville cccu.
