Absolutely horrible. A family member visited this location to start counseling and was told they would contact us within 3-4 weeks once a therapist was assigned. Months have gone by and after calling multiple times, we tried again and they stated a therapist had been assigned for about a week now, but they never contacted us. Bad customer service, would not recommend.
They're nice but they're absolutely worthless for long term medication management. Providers keep changing and they never want to keep to the previous providers plans NOR do they listen to you, the patient, no matter how long you've been on medication or how well you know what you can take and can't take. My mental AND physical health have been SEVERELY worse since starting with Pine Belt over a year ago. I was referred to mypack by my old therapist. They treated me like a human being and even were very kind to my family as well. The invovked my family who I live with in my treatment as well which was amazing. They were able to diagnose me with bipolar which is something my family has been wondering for years. If I still had insurance I would definitely still be going here.
