Reading all of these 1 Star reviews having to do with Coastal Community's "partners" and their shitty responses deflecting responsibility when they are the core bank is INCREDIBLY EYE OPENING! I, too, utilize Bluevine who utilizes this small bank, apparently and have not had a great experience. Looks like I'll need to find a new bank as I cannot risk running into any(more) issues and having zero support or responsibility from the core bank.
You need an option for zero stars. One here is too high. I have asked them to contact me directly to no avail. Their partner OnePay is even worse! They have flat refused to accept my current address and that prevents me from using my card for certain purchases. I currently live in an efficiency, pay $300 a week rent, and have been here since February 20th 2025. My mail is delivered here, my groceries are delivered here, etc... I had a disappointing experience with Coastal Community Bank. I initially spoke with a representative named Jason, who assured me the refinancing process for my commercial property looked promising. He said he would send an email requesting the necessary documents, but I never received it.
