I am extremely disappointed with OnePay Bank and the way they treat their customers. After being scammed out of a significant amount of money, I reported the fraudulent activity and expected assistance from my bank. Instead, my claim was denied, and I was left to deal with the financial loss on my own. A financial institution should stand behind its customers, especially loyal ones, by providing reliable services, responsive customer support, and a fair investigation process when fraud occurs. I ran two business accounts with Coastal Community Bank/Bluevine, one for my nonprofit and one for my consulting business, for approximately six months. Both accounts were fully funded, in good standing, and set up with payroll. On June 9, 2026, I attempted to deposit a $200,000 grant into the nonprofit account via the Bluevine app (the only method available). I have been banking with Coastal Community Bank for 15 years and they are the best! The employees are super helpful and friendly. As a senior, I love their no fee account for seniors. Especially since I have to watch every dime. Love their phone app also!!
