I had a disappointing experience with Coastal Community Bank. I initially spoke with a representative named Jason, who assured me the refinancing process for my commercial property looked promising. He said he would send an email requesting the necessary documents, but I never received it. My local coastal branch is like home I feel so welcome and among family when I come in. Patty Ashley Gerry and Dylan are absolutely the best. I feel no hesitation to just hang out and gab. They are fast and efficient. And if anything pops up they go out of their way to resolve the issue I’ll never bank anywhere else!!!
I just love this bank, the people at this location are the best!!!!! Ashley, Dylan and Gerry are the best!!! Dylan always goes out of his way to make sure I get the loomis Quarters, and Ashley’s always making sure my daughter gets her lollipop she likes (which is only the blue one). Thank you guys for always being friendly and awesome!!
