We had this management company for more years than we needed. First, there’s nothing electronic in their company so paperwork gets lost and the organization is absolutely horrible. Our community went from pretty nice to really bad over this time. The management believe that they owned our property instead of helping manage the property, our meet felt like we were in a communist country. Nobody was allowed to speak and the company pitted Neighbor against Neighbor. We are very pleased. They are no longer our management company... read more
This management company does absolutely nothing except collect fees for doing nothing
One of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever had to work with. They are rude, don’t return calls or emails. Will not respond to import emails about safety concerns in the community. I could keep going. Stay away from this managment company!
