Good reliability adn customer service/ limited bundles Good customer service and very dependable. We had coastal Communications for several years with only 1 internet outage and 2 phone outages. That is pretty good reliability for over 3 years of service. All issues were resolved quickly by very friendly staff. We did change to another vendor to get the TV/VIOP/Internet bundle which Coastal did not offer.
