Technician was very polite, and professional. He took the time to explain what he was about to do. Then took the time to share and explain the results to me. Took care and covered his shoes before entering my home. Left everything the way he found it. Best HVAC company on Delmarva!

I am a little late with my comments on Coastal Comfort as my wife and I had a new heat pump installed in July of this year. I have to say that the experience from start to finish was first rate. Everyone was courteous and worked with us to get what we needed. From quote to installation we could not have been any happier. We without question recommend dealing with Coastal Comfort. We had limited down time and the installation was completed the same day.

The tech (Dion) in this care is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Make an appointment and they come that day, if there is any delay on expected arrival time, they let you know and then get the job done. I recommend their services without reservation.

I have been using this company for many years. I had looked into a special offer from another company. I should have known better. I was told I needed services that were not necessary. Coastal Comfort sent out their tech as well as their GM to review my system. It was found to be in good condition and not needing the services the other company indicated. Lesson learned, stay with Coastal Comfort for truthful & reliable service. Thanks to the great team at Coastal Comfort.
