They not only bring the wrong size filters every time or not at all but then charge $268.50 for $85 in filters. That is totally unacceptable for the “convenience” of having them supply the filters, especially when they continually inconvenience us by bringing the wrong filters!
First time I have ever used this company. From the person answering the phone to the technician, everyone was professional. When the technician Antoine arrived he listened while I explained what was happening with my system. Within a few minutes he had the system running. He thoroughly cheched the entire system to be sure everything was up to par. When he finished he explained everything he did and asked if I had any questions or any other concerns. I am totally impressed with this company. The friendliness, desire to help, and fulfilling my request to assign a tech with a good knowledge of my system. ( Lennox -which has excess controls). Josh showed up on time, was also friendly, done the diagnostic in about 30 minutes which confirmed his thought from just looking at the unit. Called for service on 15 year old heat pump that stopped working. Was worried I would be paying a dispatch and service fee to have them sell me a new system. However was pleasantly surprised to have a very knowledgeable technician (Eddie) diagnose the issue to a fault in a switch on the compressor. He had us back up and running within an hour. Great customer service and do recommend.
