I honestly thought going in for a lymphatic drainage massage was ridiculous when my doctor recommended it. However, it’s clear why he’s the one with medical degree— I feel better overall and bounced back from surgery quite quickly! The inflammation in my knee (replaced several years ago) has gone significantly down, so much so I’m playing pickleball, taking Zumba, and I’m swimming again!So grateful!!!!
