I would not recommend this towing company to anyone. The tow truck driver arrived on the scene of the car accident ver rude and impatient. His only concern was getting paid. Unfortunately, it was displayed that customer service is not a factor for this company.
Did not even get started with them – These people are the "official tow company of East Providence. The day I was rear ended on 195, they towed my car and started selling me before I had a chance to contact my insurance company. I have a Toyota and the guy says, we are the preferred collision shop for Bristol Toyota, don't contact your insurance company as they will use second had parts and want to do a cheap job...let us handle it. So I called Bristol Toyota's and guess what...they may buy parts from them but they don't sen... read more
Superb body work and very accommodating – Five stars
Horrible Customer Service – I had to pick up a vehicle from here and the customer service was horrible. They were ignorant, their personalities were terrible. They were not helpful. Being in a bad situation they made it worse! I would never use them for any tow service i ever needed nor would i recommend them...
