Pretty nice college student housing property and it's well lit so no worries.
Terrible place to live they don’t conduct imprecations in any of the rooms after you move out … they have no lease breakage or anything like that terrible staff told them I did not want an apartment still got a letter saying I owed them 2k for missed rent 😂very over priced as well
Maintenance is basically non-existent. Things either never get fixed or when they “are fixed”... they aren’t at all. You have to BEG to have issues addressed and rather than repairing or replacing things properly, if they are addressed at all it’s with parts that don’t fit, don’t match, don’t work. Giant holes are left in walls with drywall mess left as is all over, air filters that are too big are shoved into the intake to ‘make them fit’, water heaters and A/C units... don’t even hope.
