Elevator has been broken since November. No timeline to fix. No return call. Have to carry groceries up 4 flights every time Edit- May 29 2026 Elevator still broken still waiting on part now timeline has moved to end of July. Young girl on phone stated not their fault if part isn't available. No manager available to speak with. Elevator is old and needs to be replaced that is why can't locate part. Common sense. Rent is 950 ish per person per month. Enough for a new elevator. No discounts have been offered.

Real chill, quick, great service.. ruben aguirre and shawn campbell are great workers! Lexi did a great job as well managing!
Don't park here if you are a visitor. Towing signs are so small and they'll have your car towed after an hour of being parked and you'll have to pay almost $300 to get it back + there are barely any visitor spots and residents park in them anyways.
Outdoor grills don’t work and our covered in roaches. Fix them and I’ll take this down.
