Better than the pier
Pretty nice college student housing property and it's well lit so no worries.
Terrible place to live they don’t conduct imprecations in any of the rooms after you move out … they have no lease breakage or anything like that terrible staff told them I did not want an apartment still got a letter saying I owed them 2k for missed rent 😂very over priced as well
