Awful residents here. A group of guys threw a drink on me and my friend from over the stairwell on to the street. Also smells like trash here.

Too bad 1/2 star isn’t an option. Very disappointed in the lack of attention to an apartment that was supposed to be clean and ready for move in. It was disgusting and so many things broken, not maintained, damaged. Walls looks like the apartment hasn't been painted since the place was built. What had been repainted, probably many tenants ago, was so sloppy it’s actually humorous, paint everywhere. The LVP flooring is trashed, boards separating and absolutely filthy. Elevator has been broken since November. No timeline to fix. No return call. Have to carry groceries up 4 flights every time Edit- May 29 2026 Elevator still broken still waiting on part now timeline has moved to end of July. Young girl on phone stated not their fault if part isn't available. No manager available to speak with. Elevator is old and needs to be replaced that is why can't locate part. Common sense. Rent is 950 ish per person per month. Enough for a new elevator. No discounts have been offered. Edit-fixed at the... read more

This was, by far, one of the worst rental experiences I've had. In my experience, the company seems more focused on collecting rent than providing quality service to its residents. Many of the staff members were rude, and management was not accommodating when issues were brought to their attention. If you think you may need to break your lease, don't expect much flexibility.
