The climate controlled units are clean and well kept, but if you need an outdoor unit look elsewhere. Outdoor units are infested with poisonous brown widow spiders and earwigs. Thankfully I had some powerful pesticides on hand and was able to do my own exterminating. When I confronted the manager about the issue, I was told it was to be expected of outdoor units.
