Terrible communication and service on our vacation rental. We set up our service with them, they cleaned it once, then scheduled 8 more cleanings, and they confirmed, then failed to clean the unit. Not only did they fail to clean it, but they had kept our second set of all our linens and towels and will not return our calls or messages. DO NOT USE
Coastal cleaners started out with great promises and lots of enthusiasm. They cleaned pretty well for the first 9 months. Then the organization started failing. They switched to an online scheduling tool but didn't let me know. That meant people arrived without the condo being cleaned even though they had been sent multiple emails about the schedule. What good can I say about Coastal Cleaners of NW FL... NOTHING! Last year they were hired to do vacation rental house cleaning. They started out with enthusiasm and drive...that ended not long after. Complaints to them consistently were made, 1st about the wrong linens being returned, what they provided back were garbage stained unmatched cheap linens including towels.
