A great place for cat care!!! The staff was wonderful, helpful, and you could tell that they care about their job. I adopted a stray about a year ago and this was the first visit to a vet I had taken since she had been adopted (she had her initial visit elsewhere and from the person who brought her to me). I was a little concerned that my Kitty would be disagreeable, but the Dr. and her staff members were so loving with her that she only experienced the most minor discomfort (vaccines will do that). Dr. Smith is wonderful. Lily does not enjoy going but Dr. Smith does everything to make her as comfortable as possible. Love that it is cat only office.
Always great here. Customer service is outstanding. My cats don’t get nervous here because of dogs. They have no problems with my dogs at home but they don’t like strangers.
CCC has taken amazing care of Rhonda! I would definitely recommend them.
I have had my fur babies with this clinic for several years and would not have them any other place. They appreciate the different personalities of the patients and have a great sense of humor! My adult children have brought their kitties there as well. 5 paws from us!😉
Very friendly staff and the environment was very welcoming. My cats felt right at home and warmed right up to the ladies who work there
We took our kitten Ellie here today and are very pleased with the care. The doctor was informative and took her time.
Don't know how they get 5 star rating. Each time I call for info the person is very rude and snappy as if we don't really need your business. Yes they are The only cat clinic I'm Jacksonville but the Sound Cat clinic I'm Wilmington Is much better am pleasant. Good luck feline lovers
