BEWARE! This guy came in as the highest bidder, without a quote for a city permit. When I asked for a bid to get the city permit, dude spent about 1/2 hour trying to talk me out of it. He finally agreed but never sent it,, so I called him back to ask about it. He goes into some story of how his work is "art" and he doesn't have time to do the permit. When I told him this makes me question his work, he says "Don't you DARE!" so I hung up on him. I don't even have a respectable bid from the guy nor even agreed to hire the guy ... read more
