Very satisfied. Time will tell the tale regarding durability. The tearing off old roof, laying down new. Very efficient, high quality, professional. Pricing was in the middle of three estimates received. Went local with an established reputation. Highly recommend.
They were off schedule when their sales agent guaranteed it would be done in a specific amount of time. They messed up siding on my house and when asked about it said "sometimes it happens" but refused to do anything about it. They failed to do the entire job they were hired for and agreed to. And they left the old material laying in my yard. Nobody I spoke with on the phone attempted to fix any problems I had and didn't even want to answer questions, they just tried to get me off subject. Visited Coastal Carolina Roofing company and spoke with Paul about GAF shingles. He was very knowledgeable about the product and the application and spent time with us even though we told him the home we were building was in a different state. He followed up with additional questions we had and was very professional and polite. Would definitely do business with this company! Thanks again for your time Paul!
Only got to the beginning with this company. Wanted to charge a $150 just to do an estimate for a repair. I know it will not take 15 minutes to do the estimate so they’re charging $600 an hour to do estimates. Even with a trip charge that’s exorbitant. Then give me a ridiculous high estimate….I’ll go with a company that feels confident about what they charge to give you a free estimate.
