I had a great experience with Dr. Cofer and Mrs. Deb. They were both extremely helpful with my wisdom teeth consultation. The whole experience was quick, simple, and easy to understand! Highly recommend!
From the phone call to set up consultation to the surgery itself, I had nothing but the most professional customer service that I have gotten in a long time. And over the years I have had a lot of times dealing with the public and have not gotten near the customer service I did with the Conway Staff. Cathy was very helpful in scheduling and appointments. Being on the other side of the chair is the worst feeling—losing that sense of control can be overwhelming and anxiety-inducing. But Dr. Adams made it a truly pleasant experience. I had oral surgery Feb 5th -I can not express the wonderful staff that helped me for my surgery -a big thank you to Dr. Aycock ,Becky, Jess & Carrie. Dr Aycock had to do 2 areas one on the top right & one on the lower left. They are very caring & understanding. I would refer this team to anyone who needs oral surgery.
