Dr. Hall and Ms. Tina (who was assisting) were amazing! I had one of my wisdom teeth taken out. They made sure I was comfortable and were very informative and thorough with aftercare instructions. Highly recommended!
Had a fantastic experience here Today. Karen and Reece handled my 4 year olds situation beautifully. Couldn't ask for a better group of people. And they also did a good job with me too! I asked for minimal novacaine and he did Not object. He was fast and good at what he does and his assistants and front desk ladies are all professional and knowledgeable. I am happy to have found this place and hopefully I don't have to see them any time soon but if I need an oral surgeon I wouldn't go any where else!!
Dr. Cofer is very professional, caring and did an excellent job. Except his discharge nurse DEBBIE . She was not having a good day! She is not very compassionate towards patients. Please cheer up DEBBIE it makes your practice look bad and makes patients not have a good experience.
My child had surgery here yesterday with Dr. Maxwell. Wonderful experience. Top notch service. Very friendly staff with one exception, the exiting nurse in recovery, she was very knowledgeable but, harsh. I understand the need to be firm but she's a bit over the top. Everyone else was awesome. Would definitely recommend in the future.
Having fear of dentists due to childhood trauma with a dentist, I always dread finding a new dentist/oral surgeon. Back in October, Dr. Maxwell extracted one tooth. I was anxious & scared. When he said he was done, I was shocked, I didn't feel a thing. I know have an appointment next week for two extractions.i have no anxiety or fear. Dr. Maxwell & his staff are wonderful & so caring! Highly recommended!
Great Dentist and Staff. They have done my wisdom teeth and three of my children.
I had excellent care. Dr. Cofer and his assistant explained every step that would be done. I was cold so the assistant covered me with a blanket which helped immensely. All steps to pulling the tooth were explained prior to them happening. I was kept comfortable during the entire procedure. Dr. Cofer was kind enough to call me later that evening to see how I was doing. I would recommend this facility and Dr. Cofer and his assistant without hesitation,
Beyond disturbed and upset by the customer service that I received at this establishment. First off they gave us the wrong appointment time and then when we get there they tell us we can’t be seen and they don’t reschedule!! I have a child who is in an extreme amount of pain and they have not been accommodating at all!! I would not refer this place to anyone I know! I am extremely upset by their conduct and how they treat their patients!!
