The worst experience . The nurse skip the triage center had me guessing my weight ,height. She took my temperature with no gloves on her mask wasn't over her nose. The whole staff wasn't polite at all . The Doctor came in told me my reason here I'm not an emergency and that I needed to lose weight ... I was so upset I just checked out ... He was very rude and didn't let me speak when I simply was the one in pain...I just felt like for Christ sakes just do what you signed up for. They accidentally put in a refill for one prescription twice and forgot to give my local pharmacy my birth control prescription. I've been trying to get a hold of them for two weeks and when I finally got a real person, they weren't phased that I hadn't been able to get a hold of them. They told me yesterday that they would put in the refill and today my pharmacy still hasn't heard from them. Tried to call them again today and each time I call, I get the answering machine. Unbelievable. I'm probably going to have to drive ou... read more
