In the last 3 weeks my husband has been taken to the hospital three times this third time he had just been sent home on January 22nd I then had to turn around and have him taken by ambulance the night in the middle of the night of January 23rd the doctor there has called him a liar and to make things even worse this last time that he was in they found out that he had blockages in both legs instead of treating the infection in the hospital so they could do whatever they had to do to clear the blockages they sent him home he j... read more
My friend's husband was taken by ambulance Jan 28 2023 to Coastal Carolina ER. They were unable to revive him. Steve appeared to be physically fit with no known health issues and was only 67 years old and was not overweight. My friend received the worst news of her life sitting in the middle of the ER by a doctor wearing a full face shield whose English was difficult to understand. I had three items performed at Coastal and in all three: - all the staff were very professional and made me feel I was dealing with professionals - A surprising number of them engaged in conservation and light levity making me feel at ease. - All staff and systems were very well versed in their area - Dates or service for Paul Vogel age 82 - MRI June 24, Biopsy June 25 and ER visit June 26th

Coastal Carolina Hospital in Hardeeville is an over priced, incompetent urgent care. They are thieves posing as Healthcare. the receptionist was incredibly rude, the medical staff misdiagnosed me with pink eye and gave me a wrong prescription and charged me $2000 for a 15 minute visit. I was never told the cost of the visit until I got the bill. bad attention. Yesterday we were more than 7 hrs and not looked after us my nephew had an accident and hit his head and took a cut, will that be Latinos did not attend us, are not illegal are legal. BAd bad attention.
Never work here or go here. Staff is overloaded, stressed, and has no time to attend to your needs as a patient or staff.
DO NOT GO!!!! If you have an emergency, go to a different hospital! The ER staff is completely arrogant and rushes you out the door. I've been on three separate occasions and had a different physician each time. All three were not interested in hearing about my problem. The last time I went in with extreme stomach pain, they released me within an hour after running a CT and doing blood work and said I was fine.
