We have used Coastal Carolina Home Watch for the last year and a half. I've been more than pleased with their response time, and their efforts to keep us in the loop as far as the condition of the house, any upcoming storm issues, etc. It's been especially nice having somebody that is checking on things like water leaks, outside damage, are the fridge and AC still working, etc. It was nice to know that there would be somebody checking on the house when I couldn't. They're great to work with, too!

I have been using Coastal Carolina Home Watch for 3 years. Jack and his team were a Godsend. I was tasked with managing my father’s estate which included a house in Pawleys Island. I live 4 hours away. I don’t know how I would have gotten through the process without CCHW. They were there when I needed them, they were reliable, friendly, helpful, responsive. I couldn’t recommend them more highly for anyone who is away from their home for any length of time.

I have been using Coastal for 5 years now. The Service I have received has been better than I have ever imagined. Whenever there is an issue with my rental, he takes care of it quickly. Thank you Jack and team. Craig

Coastal Carolina Home Watch has such a professional caring approach and easy to deal with. My experience is that they really care about their business and the customer. Nice to know that you can leave town, and not worry about if someone has your back!
