CCHW are amazing people, Steven has saved us several times! If we didn’t have him checking our condo and immediately reporting to us that our HVAC was not working, we would never have known and would have run into other issues. If you think it’s not that important to have someone checking your place, it truly is a godsend and we never worry. They are worth every penny. Vickie answers emails immediately and the ball is never dropped. We highly recommend!
We are so thankful for Coastal Carolina Home Watch. Our realtor recommended them to us when we purchased a home that we would not be living in full time. Steve not only checked the house but found SEVERAL issues that could have caused major issues. Leaking sink, HVAC not keeping temperature, just to name a few.
