Dr Lane ordered the wrong dosage of my daughter's $150 medicine and he won't reimburse us!!! He admitted the error but replied that all he could do was apologize. Apology not accepted.
You would be better off going to the Animal Hospital on paradise rd. You would sure get more compassion there This place is not a place to go to get medical care. All they care about is ur money not the person. SUCKS OUT LOUD!!!!!!!!!
I've been so happy with the care I've received at this practice. My calls are always answered or returned quickly, appointments are on time, and referrals taken care of quickly. The physicians and staff are courteous and compassionate. I couldn't be happier with my care so far.

Drs are wonderful but the nursing and apt desk just poor management.
