Dr. Matthew Brennan is an exceptional surgeon. He is also caring and will go the extra mile for his patients. On September 8, 2025 he performed a three hour inspire surgery. Before the surgery he told me everything what could happened. He was honest and upfront with me. I was so at ease with Dr. Brennan and the team of Doctors. I had a great first time experience. A little more about my visit, the intake over the phone was fast and efficient ( Rebecca was pleasant and charming). Upon arrival- Parking was good and wide for various vehicles sizes- plus I need a little extra room getting out my vehicle. Clean building in and out- tiddy large office. Absolutely NO time management in this office!! Arrived early as requested to complete paperwork. Appointment was for 12noon and after no acknowledgement from the staff, that the doc was running late, at 12:40 i approached the desk to question the tardiness of my appointment. The staff gave me a blank look and began to offer dates for rescheduling. No empathy whatsoever, nothing...very sad!! I said 'no need to reschedule and rather I'll call to do so' which I WILL NOT!! Today was my third visit in the last few years. I have had excellent care each time. I see Doctor Brennen and each time he has taken the time required to address my concerns and see that I leave feeling much better. I have friends who also go to this facility and they too have been happy with their experiences. *I haven't had long waits either.
We first started seeing Dr. Coury back in 2007. Throughout the last 18 years my entire family has seen and had several procedures done by this office. Dr. Coury truly loves what he does and cares about his patients. I cannot praise him enough for all that he does and the excellent care he provides. Thank you Dr. Coury !
