I really had major anxiety about goign to the dentist from previous experiences at other offices. Dr. Futrell has been so comforting and professional that I no longer dread going to the dentist.
The people at Dr. Futrell's office are so friendly. They get to know you as a person not just a patient. They really seem to care about you and making sure everything is going well. It is by far the best dentist in Jacksonville North Carolina.
It has been about a year and a half that I received equilibration treatment form Dr. Futrell and his dental assistants. Before the treatment I suffered with headaches and jaw pain. Because of what they did for me I am feeling so much better I no longer suffer from pain at all it was a total success.
Futrell and Reese is a fantastic dental office. I cannot say enough great things about them. I am very happy to say I am a patient here. I am treated very well and highly cared for.
I would recommend Futrell and Reese to anyone looking for an excellent dentist office. They give me tips on how to stay healthier and next time they follow up with me about them. I really appreciate the care they provide me.
My entire visit at Futrell and Reese was very calming. I was at ease the whole time, I was not nervous like I normally am. They are wonderful there. Dr. Steve is a good dentist.

Besides having a comfortable while doing a thorough job and staying up on current procedures...besides having a comfortable and friendly manner...just a nice guy all around.
I have been to many dentists in my young years and this has been the best experience out of all of them. The receptionist did have to call me back due to the other line being busy and she needed to get up to the front to enter my information, which I was completely understanding about and she called me back within seconds. To me that means she was being productive and having to hustle. Tina (Dental Assistant) was by far the nicest DA I have ever encountered.
