Curtis Gatlin was incredibly encouraging and patient as we looked at house after house. He made himself available quickly to view new listings to include a FaceTime walk-through when we were out of town. Curtis understood our concerns and got answers to our questions right away. Curtis has sold two houses for me. Very professional. Works very hard to sell, follows through with whole process. I also recommended him to two other folks. They were also pleased! Quickly sold their homes in short length of time. I would go to him again if I were going to sell something else.
We paid for an appraisal and it was never sent. In the process of trying to find someone else after a couple weeks of excuses and no calls back. Horrible communication. Avoid this one.
