Had a fantastic experience working with Curtis Gatlin. He was extremely patient and took his time to show me multiple homes in different locations. Was always available to discuss all of the options. His expertise gave me the confidence to purchase our forever home!
Curtis Gatlin was incredibly encouraging and patient as we looked at house after house. Curtis has sold two houses for me. Very professional. Works very hard to sell, follows through with whole process. I also recommended him to two other folks. They were also pleased! Quickly sold their homes in short length of time. I would go to him again if I were going to sell something else.
We paid for an appraisal and it was never sent. In the process of trying to find someone else after a couple weeks of excuses and no calls back. Horrible communication. Avoid this one. Reply: this review is truthful and we have the text messages from someone named Bo to back it up. The appraisal was finally delivered a few weeks late and after much frustration.
