1st, I have written only a few reviews in my life, but only when I feel as if I have an option that'll matter. In this case, Curtis, my new friend and real estate agent, has done something for me I had never expected! Especially being from the northeast. We don't see this a lot but, he went "above and beyond!" on multiple occasions for me! That just doesn't happen anymore.
