Curtis has sold two houses for me. Very professional. Works very hard to sell, follows through with whole process. I also recommended him to two other folks. They were also pleased! Quickly sold their homes in short length of time. I would go to him again if I were going to sell something else.
We paid for an appraisal and it was never sent. In the process of trying to find someone else after a couple weeks of excuses and no calls back. Horrible communication. Avoid this one. Curtis was absolutely amazing during the whole process of selling my house!! He was very professional, answered all of my questions promptly and handled any issues that arose!
